We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All Scribefit products are dispatched from the UK.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

Dispatch times may occasionally vary during particularly busy periods, weekends or bank holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days from the date your order is placed, including order processing and delivery.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any available delivery options and their costs will be clearly shown before payment.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our website.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution.

In accordance with UK consumer law, Scribefit remains responsible for goods during delivery until they reach the customer or their nominated recipient, except where the law provides otherwise.
