Refund policy

At Scribefit, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy alongside your statutory consumer rights.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns requested after the statutory 14-day cancellation period, products must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

For statutory cancellations, we will refund the product price and any qualifying original standard delivery charges.

We do not charge restocking fees for statutory cancellations.

You may inspect products as you would in a physical shop. Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, resulting in a reduction in value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund in accordance with consumer law.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@scribefit.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where legally required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Refund Processing

We aim to process refunds within two working days of receiving returned goods or acceptable evidence of return.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
